Roll bending with precision

Precision is required when creating the bending tool for the special profile. After the design and manufacture of the special tool, the last step is the broaching of the groove.

Finally, the bending tools are mounted on the roller bending machine to control the bending qualities. For this order, 3 special tools were manufactured to bend the aluminum profile in all 4 directions.

All our mandrel bending machines, mandrel-less bending machines and roll benders can be viewed and tried out in our demo room. Or we can come to your company as part of a demonstration and show the bending machine directly on site.
