Control technology mandrel bending
Bending with mandrel
The compact, mobile design enables precise and repeatable bending in the vice. Drive is provided by a screw-in handle. A lockable adjusting ring ensures repeatable bending. The exchange of the plug-in tools is conceivably simple. The principle of "stationary tube and rotating tool" allows bending with the smallest possible footprint. For thin-walled tubes, sliding shoes are used for crease-free bending in order to produce bends with minimum deformation from, for example, stainless steel and copper tubes. The optional design with a hexagonal mounting enables the drive force of the bending systems 3000 and 6000 to be used in addition to the vise. For this purpose, the KBV is simply placed on the bending shaft of the machine.
