45 years of JUTEC bending systems - innovation at its best

Since 1980 - always one bend ahead

How does a pipe actually get its bend? A question that you hardly ever think about in everyday life - and yet there is a true art of engineering behind it. Whether in industry, trade or golf, we come across curved tubes everywhere - precise, elegant and functional. This is exactly where our story begins.

For 45 years now, JUTEC Biegesysteme GmbH & Co. KG has stood for technical excellence "Made in Germany". Founded as a family business, JUTEC has been managed with vision and passion by Kira and Dipl.-Ing. Jörg Jung, MBA, for over 25 years.

Since 2025, Markus Frick has strengthened the company management as a further Managing Director with the aim of leading JUTEC's success story into a fast-growing and further innovative future.

What began as a vision has developed into an internationally recognized supplier of high-quality bending technology. Our machines - from manual bending machines to profile and mandrel-supported systems through to specialized solutions with a tube diameter of up to 150 mm - are in use around the world today. They impress with their precision, user-friendliness and durability.

Our long-standing operations manager Ralf Kosmol has been with the company for 30 years. With his experience, technical expertise and great loyalty, he is a mainstay of the company - a guarantor of quality and continuity. He describes it like this:

"Our bending technology is as flexible as our customers' requirements. Whether small series, prototype or industrial series production - with our semi-automated systems, we offer economical solutions for almost every industry."

JUTEC remains not only a technology supplier, but also a user itself: the premium golf trolleys of the company's own brands JuCad and JuStar owe their elegant shape to its own tube bending technology. JuCad stands for uncompromising quality, perfect design and technical sophistication - from designer trolley to industry leader in the high-end segment. Thanks to years of manufacturing expertise, JuCad trolleys set standards not only visually but also functionally - on golf courses worldwide.
