Keyence Mobile 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine WM-6000

The latest technological development makes it particularly easy to reconstruct pipes and components. Using the latest scanner technology, the mobile measuring device is able to determine the entire geometry of existing pipes or components. The system therefore offers an extremely wide range of possibilities for on-site measurements, including size and shape.

The generated data can be converted directly into bending data on our JUTEC bending machines so that the machine can bend exactly the same tube again in the next step. The procedure is characterized by speed, simplicity, mobility and the ability to work without a measuring room.
