The product range of mandrel bending machines includes bending system solutions up to an outer diameter of 90 mm and guarantees simple and convenient operation thanks to solid touch user interfaces. The attractive, graphical display as well as the integration of USB interfaces round off the diverse possibilities for generous data exchange. The performance spectrum of the latest models is rounded off by continuous further development. Highly efficient and convenient handling as well as bending radii down to 1.5 x D offer the best prerequisites.
Jutec has developed the "power hydraulics" for higher conveying capacity and low non-productive times, which significantly reduces the cycle time per sheet. The optionally available, tried-and-tested rotary stop or the quick-action chuck can significantly increase the production output of series parts. Dimensional accuracy is guaranteed for both series and individual parts. Jutec mandrel bending machines are thus an interesting alternative to cost-intensive and, in the case of changeovers, time-consuming fully automatic machines.
The 6000 series is available in a 230 V (up to 48 mm) and in a 400 V version (up to 60 mm).After the series of compact mandrel bending machines were already equipped with a convenient touch screen control, the solid and proven bending machines of the 6000 model series also received this user-friendly and proven user interface, which guarantees an even more intuitive and practical operation.
The mobile bending machine model 3000 up to tube diameter 35 mm with small and handy pack size received a new maintenance-free three-phase motor, which is controlled by a frequency converter, which enables the power supply via the 230 V mains. The speed of the motor can be continuously adjusted. This means that the bending tool can be returned at a higher speed, resulting in shorter cycle times. The repetition accuracy has been increased once again and adjustment to 0.5° has been made possible.
According to Jutec, new power-saving wonders are the mobile bending systems from the 6000 model series, which now bend tubes up to 60 mm outside diameter even more precisely. Here, frequency converter technology enables the machine to be used with 230 V for the model 6000S for tubes up to 48 mm (the power supply for the model 6000D remains unchanged with 400 V for tubes up to 60 mm). Compared to the previous model with 400 V power supply, the power consumption of the three-phase drive is reduced by about 30 percent. The new comfortable and menu-driven user interface with touch screen control makes operation on the large display even easier. 99 programs with eight bending angles can be stored. The so-called ramp function (slow acceleration and deceleration of the bending axis) further increases precision, and the sheet quality in the start and end areas is improved.
All models are available from stock at short notice, so that the machines can be used quickly. Whether on the construction site, in the workshop, in prototyping or in the hydraulic sector, etcetera, equipped with the right tool, they are, according to Jutec, "always a bend ahead".
For more than three decades, Jutec has been developing and manufacturing tube bending machines at a high level - handmade in Germany. The current state of all JUTEC bending systems as well as the control modules are the result of years of experience and continuous development. The development and manufacturing is completely done in the LIMBURG factory to satisfy the high quality demands of the customers.
