The internationally operating family company JUTEC Biegesysteme GmbH has been active in mechanical engineering with passion and dynamism since 1980. We offer bending and forming technology as well as system solutions at the highest level - applicable in almost all areas of industry and trade. The bending machines from JUTEC convince with sophisticated and innovative technology, a high degree of user-friendliness and first-class quality - handmade in Germany.
The product range extends from the practical hand bending machine to the semi-automatic mandrel bending machine as well as roll and profile benders. User-friendly bending software and customized products for individual solutions complete the portfolio.
The 10000 is a completely new addition to the portfolio of mandrel-less bending machines. The powerhouse for extreme applications enables precise and repeatable bending up to an outer diameter of 100 mm and is nevertheless extremely slim in design, with a very free bending range. Optimum bending accuracy is achieved through position detection directly on the bending axis. The bending angle is set easily and quickly via a convenient, menu-driven user interface in 14 languages with touchscreen control. For more complex bending tasks, 100 bending programs can be stored, with an angle sequence of max. 8 bends per geometry. The multi-function control allows variable adjustment of the bending speed for forward and reverse bending, and there is a parameterizable overbending function to compensate for material springback. The "stationary tube and rotating tool" principle ensures low space requirements during bending.
The award-winning mandrel bending machines of the 5000 series feature state-of-the-art PLC controls with interfaces to CAD and calculation programs. The internal memory secures 1000 programs for bending angle, linear dimension and twisting angle for up to 50 bending sequences on one tube length. With the innovative automatic stop, even otherwise difficult tube geometries can be positioned semi-automatically in length (0.1mm) and twist (0.1°) even in single part production. JUTEC thus enables cost-effective production with the precision of fully controlled machines.
The mandrel-less bending machine of the 3000 model series for tube diameters up to 35 mm can be used anywhere with its handy pack size and impresses with its maintenance-free three-phase motor, which is controlled via a frequency converter and thus enables power supply via the 230 V mains. Real power-saving wonders are the mobile bending systems from the 6000 model series, which precisely bend tubes up to an outer diameter of 60 mm. Here, frequency converter technology in the 6000S model for tubes up to Ø 48 mm allows the machine to be used with 230 V. Compared to the previous model with 400 V power supply, the power consumption of the three-phase drive is reduced by approx. 30 percent.
The optimum supplement for tube bending on the in-house mandrel-less bending machines 3000 and 6000, is the profile bending attachment PB20. The device can be easily and quickly mounted on the bending shaft without the use of tools. The workpiece is clamped onto the turntable with the clamping device and pulled around the bending tool. With this system, leg lengths to be bent can be accurately measured in conjunction with a length stop and can be bent with repeatable accuracy. The PB20 profile bender is ideal for bending flat square bars up to max. 80 x 8 mm and round bars up to max. 20 mm.
