At this year's Metalloobrabotka trade fair, in Moscow from 25.05. - 29.05.2015, we will present our revised bending machines of the 3000 and 6000 model series for market launch.

Visit the new models in hall 3, booth no. A01, and test live on site also our semi-automatic mandrel bending machines. For 15 years now we have been present at the trade fairs in Russia and this time again we will present ourselves at the side of our long-standing partner the company Industrie Service from Moscow.

New with new maintenance-free three-phase motor: Model 3000 mobile bending machine

The mobile bending machine model 3000 up to Ø 35mm received a new maintenance-free three-phase motor, which is controlled via a frequency converter. This enables the power supply via 230V. The motor can be continuously adjusted in speed, so the return of the bending tool can be done with higher speed, which leads to shorter cycle times. The repeatability has been increased again and the adjustment to 0.5° has been made possible.

The power-saving wonders: new 6000 series bending machines

New power saving wonders are the mobile bending machines from the 6000 model series, which now bend tubes up to 60mm outer diameter even more precisely. Here, the frequency converter technology enables the use of the machine with 230V for the model 6000S for tubes up to 48mm (the power supply for the model 6000D remains unchanged with 400V for tube up to 60mm). Compared to the previous model with 400V power supply, the power consumption of the three-phase drive is reduced by approx. 30%. The new comfortable and menu-driven user interface with touch screen control makes the operation on the large display even easier. 99 programs with up to 8 bending angles can be stored. The so-called ramp function (slow acceleration and deceleration of the bending axis) increases precision once again and the sheet quality in the start and end areas is improved.

Also on display: The semi-automatic mandrel bending machine model 5000

The semi-automatic, economical mandrel bending machine model 5000, suitable for a tube diameter up to Ø 50mm, will also be exhibited. The compact drive unit with the detachable mandrel carrier offers great advantages when using other bending systems (roll and profile bending). The free-standing bending head can be quickly converted to right or left bending for complicated geometries. The plug-in bending tools allow quick changeover to other tube dimensions. With the optimized hydraulics for tube clamping, bending quality is significantly improved. Thanks to the automatic drive, bending and non-productive times can be reduced enormously. Operation is convenient via a touch display.

The mandrel bending machines of the 7000/9000 series with a bending capacity of up to Ø 70/90 mm can be viewed or tested directly in our newly designed demonstration room in our factory in Limburg, along with all other bending machines.
