Depending on the material quality and wall thickness ratio, radii of 1.5xD can also be realized suitable for series production. The extremely precise and powerful drive of the bending axis distinguishes this mandrel bending machine. A stable and rigid construction of the mandrel carrier and the bending arm also contribute to the desired bending result. The optimized motor housing offers even more space around the bending head.
Due to the plug-in bending tools, a quick conversion to other tube dimensions is no problem. An adapter system allows the customer to use his existing bending tools of the mandrel bending machine 4800/5000 as well. The pneumatically assisted rotation stop can be conveniently operated via the foot switch. It allows the tube to be rotated and stopped from the operator's side, to any desired position. This shortens non-productive times and improves precision compared to the standard version. The modern drive concept is rounded off by the PLC control with data memory and USB interface. The solid touch user interfaces guarantee easy and comfortable operation.
