40 years of JUTEC bending systems, always one bend ahead
How does a pipe actually "get the curve"...?
We rarely question things that we take for granted in everyday life. For example, how a water or machine pipe, a stair or heating pipe, or "just" the pipes of a golf trolley get such beautiful curves. Curves that have the same diameter "in the curve" as they do on the straights - this is one of the secrets of aircraft or ship construction, among others. Fortunately, there are experts who guarantee this quality. Even handmade in Germany!
The German family-owned company JUTEC Biegesysteme GmbH & Co. KG celebrated its 40th company anniversary these days. Owners and managing directors in the second generation, Kira and Dipl.-Ing. Jörg Jung, MBA, can look back with pride on 40 years of bending technology at the highest level.
Technically mature and proven tube bending technology is in enormous demand in almost all industries. JUTEC meets this demand in every form: All bending machines convince with high-tech know-how, user-friendly operation and high productivity. Long-standing plant manager Ralf Kosmol: "Our product range extends from small manual bending machines to semi-automatic mandrel bending machines, roll and profile benders and includes system solutions up to an outer diameter of 100 mm! We have deliberately opted for semi-automated bending systems and can thus efficiently and cost-optimized cover a wide range. We are well positioned for large series as well as small series, such as prototype production and sample part production. Our machines are easy to operate and can be used effectively in almost all areas of industry and trade."
The tube bending machines are also used at JUTEC itself, for its own brands JuCad and JuStar. The elegant golf trolleys owe their unique design to the tube bending technology.
Over 40 years of JUTEC Biegesysteme is celebrated: Therefore, the company invites interested parties to get to know the bending machines:
1. test production in house
In the JUTEC demonstration room all machines are available for
test purposes - with the possibility to discuss the machine in detail as well as to bend sample parts. In addition, there is the option of recording machine or production times and also evaluating these in terms of a machine capability study (cmk value).
2. machine demonstration at the customer's premises
After the quotation has been prepared and all tube types and the bending tasks to be performed have been defined in detail, JUTEC also comes to the customer's premises with the appropriate bending machine in order to discuss the machine together in detail and to bend sample parts.
